The big Christmas Craft Fair at the Fire Hall on North Rogers Street will start at 9 a.m. and last until 2 p.m. This is the time to get an early start on those Christmas gifts, and have lunch while you're there.

Again this year, there will be a Nativity Scene Display from 1 to 2 p.m. at Grace United Methodist Church on West Bel Air Avenue.
Street entertainment will begin at 2 p.m. on West Bel Air Avenue. This will also give you a chance to see all of the window decorations at the individual businesses.
Something new this year is the German Christmas Market beginning at 2 p.m. and lasting until 6 p.m. at Festival Park.
Then comes the parade that will begin promptly at 3 p.m. with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. We will talk more about this event in a later column, but make plans to be part of it, or watch the spectacular parade.
Then, after the parade, Aberdeen has something special this year when it's time for tree lighting.
