Celebrate the Fourth of July with pancakes or parade

Fourth of July Pancake and Egg Breakfast in Reisterstown. Wed, July 4, 8:30-11 a.m. Hosted by American Legion Auxiliary. Choccolate chip, blueberry, plain pancakes; scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, juices, milk and coffee. Cost: $8 per person; 5-12 years old, $5. Free door prizes. Buy a ball for $5; it's dropped off a crane and closest ball to the pin wins.

Glyndon July 4th Parade, Wed. July 4, 10 a.m.-noon. Parade route: Albright Ave east to Central Ave, North onto Central Ave to Chatsworth Avenue, west on Chatsworth to Railroad Avenue; south on Railroad to Albright Avenue. Sponsored by Glyndon Community Association, Inc.

Sudbrook Park Parade, Wed., July 4, 10-11 a.m. Parade route: Start at Adana/Kingston triangle. The fiire truck leading the parade follows Adana to Carysbrook, and then on to Olmstead and McHenry. Parade ends at Sudbrook Valley Stream Park. Kids are invited to decorate their bikes and wagons, and join the parade, and there will be prizes for all. All are invited to bring baked goods and snacks to share.
