Northern Baltimore crime log: Phone snatched from woman's hand in Charles Village

St. Paul Street

3200 block at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 14. Assailant snatched iPhone 42 from pedestrian's hand and fled.

3900 block, between 11:20 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Oct. 16. Two TVs, three laptops stolen from residence. Entry gained through back door.

Barclay Street

2700 block at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 14. Shots fired during argument between three people. Shooter fled. No injuries reported.

Beech Avenue

3300 block, between 1:30 Oct. 17 and 9:15 a.m. Oct. 18. Coins stolen from unlocked vehicle.

North Charles Street

2500 block at 2:35 p.m. Oct. 17. Attempt made to break into vehicle and broke window with screwdriver.

2500 block at 2:25 p.m. Oct. 17. Witness saw attempted vehicle break-in. Suspect arrested.

2700 block, between 5 and 5:15 p.m. Oct. 14. Brown wallet, Magellan GPS, cash, personal papers stolen from vehicle.

West Cold Spring Lane

2400 block at 12:10 p.m. Oct. 20. White 2001 Jeep Cherokee with Maryland tags 1AP5151 stolen.

Howard Street

2600 block, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 16. Fossil wallet stolen from vehicle.

East Lake Avenue

400 block at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 18. Orange 2011 Honda scooter and silver 2011 Bashan scooter stolen. Neither had tags.

Maryland Avenue

2600 block at 6:10 p.m. Oct. 16. Stolen white 2005 Audi A8 with Maryland tags 5DWW69 recovered.

Oakdale Road

100 block at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 15. Stolen purple, 1995 Dodge Intrepid with Maryland tags 3AW6772 recovered.

Roland Avenue

4100 block, between noon Oct. 17 and 1 p.m. Oct. 18. Cash stolen from unlocked vehicle.

St. Albans Way

5400 block, between 8 and 9 a.m. Oct. 17. Red 1980 trailer with Maryland tags 839781G stolen.

York Road

6300 block at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 14. Samsung Stratosphere phone shoplifted from Verizon store by man who told clerk he was just looking around and fled with phone when clerk turned his back.

West 33rd Street

500 block, between 8 p.m. Oct. 17 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 18. Unlocked vehicle ransacked. Nothing reported stolen.

West 38th Street

1000 block, between 7:30 p.m. Oct. 17 and 7 a.m. Oct. 18. Nuvi GPS, jacket, CDs stolen from vehicle.
