Over the next few weeks, take the time to make a special memory with someone in your life: a parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent or neighbor. Take a minute to write down something each day that you are thankful for and keep it somewhere safe so you can reflect back on it during hard times. Let those around you know that you love and care for them – and enjoy the holidays!
