Lisbon/Woodbine: Three good deals for dining out in the neighborhood

The Howard County 4-H Beef Club will hold its pancake dinner on Feb. 12 from 4 to 8 p.m. The menu will include pancakes, sausage, hot apples, and a beverage.

This is a fundraiser for the club's Charities of Choice. The cost is $8 for adults and $3for children ages 3-12.

The dinner will be held in the dining hall at the Howard County Fairgrounds. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

St. Michael's Catholic Church will hold its monthly breakfast on Jan. 27. The menu includes scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown potatoes, pancakes, baked apples, biscuits, chipped beef gravy, assorted quick breads and pastries, cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins and beverages. The cost is $6 for adults and $3for children ages 5-10.

The Knights of Columbus of St. Michael's Catholic Church will hold its Pasta Celebration on Jan. 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the multi-purpose room.

The menu will include fettuccine alfredo with chicken and asparagus, spaghetti with sauce and meatballs, rigatoni with bolognese sauce and sausage, garlic bread, salad and beverages. The ladies auxiliary will sell homemade desserts.

The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12, and $25 for a family of four. For more information, call 410-442-8271.

The Columbia Pro Cantare will celebrate its 36 years of song at its Singathon on Feb. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Columbia mall. The performance will include a variety of music.
