30-second timeout with Sean Twigg, Glenelg heavyweight wrestler

Last month, Glenelg wrestler Sean Twigg won his second straight heavyweight state championship, becoming the first Maryland wrestler since Oakland Mills' Robert Scott in 2000 to win two heavyweight state titles.

The senior, who will wrestle for Maryland next year and study prelaw, won more than 40 matches this year including a Mount Mat Madness title.

Twigg, also the Howard County Wrestler of the Year, recently took a moment to talk to us about life on and off the mat.
