Reservoir trailed Northwest of Montgomery County heading into the consolation finals of the Grapple at the Brook tournament at Springbrook High School on Saturday, but the Gators got some well-timed wins from Trent Kilcarr (120) and Hans Wicklein (138) in the consolation finals to take the lead.

Then, in the championship finals, Reservoir extended its lead with wins by Troy Kilcarr (113), Mason Kilcarr (132) and Wes Beattie (170).

The Gators finished with 205 points, nine ahead of runner-up Northwest (196).
