The Lansdowne-Riverview-Baltimore Highlands Recreation Council will open the boys baseball and girls softball season April 28 with a parade starting at Riverview Elementary School, on Kessler Road, at 9 a.m., and ending at Lansdowne High School on Hollins Ferry Road. Elected officials, political candidates, military personnel, American Legion members, police, community leaders, a pom pom squad, fire trucks and antique cars will participate.
