And the winners of the HdG Halloween parade are...

From a little girl locked up in jail to the Pacman family, a few hundred people braved the chilly weather Sunday night for the annual Havre de Grace Halloween parade.

The parade, postponed from Oct. 30 because of Sandy, featured young and old alike dressed up in a variety of outfits. About 100 people entered the contest.

Marion Jackson, the headless bride, was the grand prize winner.

The other top 14 costumes were Elizabeth Cuffley, Felon in a Playpen Prison Cell; L.J. Minutoli, a miniature Payne Stewart; Payson Adomo-Diaz, Little Pink; Jayda Gallion, a box of popcorn; Kylie Johnson, a hippie go-go dancer; Shane West, a little cowboy; Layton West, "Eddie Munster; Samantha Cubberley, a hot air balloon; Abby Dalal, a carton of milk; Henry Bechtel, a puppy; Brian, Tamarah, Tristan and Kyle Polk, the PAC MAN family; Olivia Gorsuch, a zombie girl; Ronin Bangs, a sumo boy; and Tabitha Wilson, a baby witch.

Judges were Jeff Kearney, Cathy Vincenti, Terri Glenn, Brigitte Peters and Mayor Wayne Dougherty

The Havre de Grace Drama Guild, with choreography by Brittany Rosenkrans and Austin Barnes, performed "Thriller" for the crowd, which also listened to music provided by Mark Hemler and MC Productions.
