Weddings: Sonya Marie Eagleston weds Jason Charles Gallion

Sonya Marie Eagleston, of Lewes, Del., and Jason Charles Gallion, of Level, were united in marriage July 14 at Bel Air United Methodist Church. Rev. George Lambros officiated. Many out of town guests attended the ceremony. The rehearsal dinner was held at The Bayou in Havre de Grace.

The bride is the daughter of Nancy Mowry of Mansfield, Ohio, and Ted Eagleston of Indianapolis, Ind. She is a graduate of Madison Comprehensive High School and a 2002 graduate of Waynesburg University with a bachelor of science in mathematics and computer science. She has a master of arts in curriculum and instruction and a master of arts in special education. She is employed by the Harford County Public Schools and teaches at Aberdeen High School.

The groom is the son of Lewis and Mary Lou Gallion of Aldino. He is a graduate of Havre de Grace High School and a 1997 graduate of Harford Community College with a degree in political science. He is the owner of Hopewell Farm in Level and is the president and past chief of the Level Volunteer Fire Company.

The matrons of honor were Stacey Niebruegge and Sara Timmons, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mandy Eagleston, sister-in-law of the bride, and Susan Hamilton and Natasha Repp, friends of the bride. Flower girls were Grace Timmons and Lauren and Lily Eagleston, nieces of the bride.

The best man was Nolan Gallion Jr., cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Shawn Eagleston, brother of the bride, and David Hopkins, Tony Vitak and Chip Steininger, friends of the groom. Andrew Deckard, godson of the groom, was the ring bearer.

The reception was at the Level Volunteer Fire Company. The couple honeymooned in Bermuda and reside in Level.
