Thursday night was the last night of the regular season in girls basketball in Harford and Patterson Mill was able to ready itself for the playoffs with a Chesapeake Division win, 69-21,at Fallston.
Qalea Ismail scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Huskies (10-2 league, 15-6 overall), while Samantha Herman added 12 points.
Fallston (1-11, 5-17) was led by Logan Gasior's six points and Megan Shock's five points. Patterson Mill held a commanding lead, 42-11, at the half.
Rams close with win also
Edgewood (14-0, 16-5) finished off an unbeaten Susquehanna season, winning at Harford Tech (3-10, 3-14) Thursday, 48-38.
Shania Stamper led the Rams with 20 points and Ladae Boykin chipped in with 13.
The Rams, champions of the Susquehanna, will face Aberdeen, Chesapeake champions, Wednesday at 7 p.m. at C. Milton Wright High School in the UCBAC Championship.
Eagles beat Mustangs
Aberdeen (12-0, 19-3) also finished its division schedule undefeated, beating host C. Milton Wright (8-4, 14-7) Thursday night in Chesapeake play, 67-21.
Freshman Endia Jones led the Eagles for the second straight game, pouring in 21 points, while fellow freshman Stephanie Jones also had a big night, scoring 18 points. Jimmia McCluskey also reached double figures with 17 points.
Megan Aro led the Mustangs with six points. Aberdeen led the game at half, 46-13.
Mariners beat Panthers
Joppatowne (8-6, 8-13) closed its Susquehanna season Thursday with a 50-35 win over visiting Perryville (4-10, 7-12).
Niyah Green led the Mariners with 16 points and Felicia Okoye tossed in 14.
Hannah Wein scored 11 points to lead Perryville and Whitney Hynson finished with 10 points.
Warriors lose on road
Havre de Grace (5-9, 5-14) closed its Susquehanna season as well Thursday, losing at North East, 53-24.
Addie Richardson had 11 points in the loss and Shannon Pilcher had six points.
Bobcats lose on road
Bel Air (10-11) closed out its season Friday, losing at MATHS, 63-20. Connor Hanley led the Bobcats with five points.
Bel Air trailed at the half, 38-15.
