Douglas Eugene Bishop Jr., 36, of the 400 block of Holly Drive, was charged Monday with marijuana possession.

Aberdeen police report:

A possibly rabid raccoon was in the 300 block of Ambleside Court on Thursday.

A differential was stolen from the 600 block of South Philadelphia Road on Thursday.

Juveniles were shooting fireworks at Centerfield and Long Drives on Thursday.

A man was shoplifting at Walmart Thursday.

Internet theft was reported by someone in the 100 block of East Bel Air Avenue last Wednesday.

Items were stolen from a construction yard in the 1000 block of Old Philadelphia Road last Wednesday.

A woman was shoplifting at Walmart last Wednesday.

A woman grabbed money out of an employee's hand at the Shell gas station in the 1000 block of Middleton Road last Wednesday. No weapon was involved.

Yard decorations were stolen in the first block of Green Avenue last Wednesday.

A vehicle in the 600 block of Andrews Road was broken into Saturday.

Two packages were stolen from a yard in the 600 block of Southgate Road on Saturday.

Two people were trespassing at Walmart Saturday.

Someone was shoplifting Saturday at ShopRite in the 900 block of Beards Hill Road.

A shotgun was stolen from a truck in the 100 block of West Inca Street on Tuesday.

Items were taken from a property in the 400 block of Doris Circle on Tuesday.

Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police reports:

Timothy Scott Dever, 22, of the 800 block of Lynn Lee Drive, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree assault.

Floyd Thomas Gregg, 51, of the first block of West Inca Street, was charged Saturday with possessing marijuana, three counts of possessing a drug other than marijuana and one count of possessing paraphernalia.

Ronald Brian Comer Jr., 25, of the first block of Post Road, was charged Saturday with marijuana possession.

Kenneth Lewis, 50, of the 600 block of West Bel Air Avenue, was charged Monday with failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order and interfering with arrest.

A welder and other equipment were stolen on Bush Chapel Road on Monday.


Austin Francis Jones, 19, of the 4800 block of Dana Court, was charged Friday with marijuana possession.

A woman was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend in the 800 block of Walker Avenue on Friday.

Tools were taken from a basement in the 3200 block of Rock Creek Court on Friday.

Someone was stealing at Walmart in the 400 block of Constant Friendship Boulevard Friday.

Someone tried to break into a car in the 1200 block of Cotswold Court Friday.

William Joseph Sullivan II, 35, of the 900 block of Pentwood Court, was charged Friday with marijuana possession.

A brick was thrown into a car window in the 1400 block of Saint Francis Road on Friday.

A dealer tag was stolen at the Bel Air Auto Auction Friday.

Men were fighting in the road by West Ring Factory Road and Tollgate Road Friday.

A monument at Tudor Manor, in the 1800 block of Lear Court, was either stolen or vandalized on Saturday.

Alcohol was stolen Monday from the 7-Eleven in the 1300 block of Churchville Road.

A gift card was stolen in the 100 block of Briarcliff Lane on Monday.

A sterling silver cutlery set was stolen from the 1500 block of Fountain Glen Drive on Monday.


Walter Eugene Wilhelm Jr., 50, of the 3000 block of Whitefield Road, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, negligent driving, failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to control vehicle speed on a highway to avoid collision and driving a motor vehicle with alcohol in blood in violation of a restriction.

Edward Lee Waugh, 47, of the 2900 block of Grafton Lane, was charged Tuesday with trespassing on private property.


An iPod was stolen from a vehicle in the 3100 block of Tucker Road on Saturday. A pool and shed were spray painted in the same block Sunday.


Eliaser R. Arizmendi, 46, of the 1000 block of Agate Drive, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

An employee stole money at Instant Auto in the 2200 block of Philadelphia Road Friday.

A customer was harassing an employee at Chesapeake Pawn Brokers in the 2000 block of Pulaski Highway Friday.

Someone tried to break into Feature Flooring in the 2100 block of Emmorton Park Road Friday.

Storage units were broken into at Kohl's in the 1700 block of Trimble Road Monday.


Someone was throwing rocks at cars at Route 152 and Stoneybrook Road Friday.

A customer was assaulted by an associate at Walmart in the 300 block of Fallston Boulevard Saturday.

Credit card fraud was reported Monday in the 2500 block of Burgundy Drive.

Havre de Grace police report:

Christopher Nicholas Ewing, 20, of the 500 block of North Stokes Street, was charged Friday with marijuana possession and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order.

Someone stole two bracelets, money and four packs of cigarettes from an apartment in the 400 block of Congress Avenue Monday. There were no signs of forced entry.

Harford County Sheriff's Office reports:

An engagement ring was missing from a house in the 1000 block of Leslie Road Friday.

A mailbox in the 1400 block of Chapel Road was run over Saturday.


A vehicle was vandalized and another was keyed in the 2200 block of Melrose Lane Saturday.

A windshield was damaged in the 200 block of Columbine Court Monday.


A PlayStation system, games and a digital camera were stolen from the 1700 block of West Jarrettsville Road Monday.


Two mailboxes were found in the woods by the 100 block of Doncaster Road Friday.

Items were missing at the Joppatowne Flea Market Friday.

Children were lighting a fire in a trash can at Joppatowne Elementary School Sunday.


Someone was breaking into an apartment in the 1400 block of Allwood Court Saturday.

Maryland State Police reports:

Keith Royster, 40, of the 100 block of 160th Street in Jamaica, N.Y., was arrested last Wednesday for a case in which he was charged with driving on a suspended out-of-state license.

John Randall Storke, 48, of the 6400 block of Harford Road in Parkville, was charged Friday with theft under $100. He was released on $3,500 bond the same day.

David Carl Lanham, 41, of the 3100 block of Orchard Avenue, was charged Friday with driving on a revoked license.

Timothy Lee Lycliter, 45, of the 100 block of Center Place in Dundalk, was charged Saturday with driving while exceeding the limit, negligent driving, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.
