Ramona Marie Evans, 38, of the 2200 block of Biggs Highway in Rising Sun, was arrested June 9 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended, Katherine Claire Wayne, 22, of the 1100 block of Cantrell Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged Thursday with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Steven Robert Caplan, 23, of the 300 block of Shawmont Avenue in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged June 9 with possession of marijuana.

Keith Wadsworth, 22, of the 4700 block of Fowler Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was charged June 9 with possession of a drug other than marijuana.

Janice Cynthia Doggett, 57, of the 1600 block of Heathfield Road in Baltimore, was arrested June 8 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving uninsured vehicle.

Shawn Anthony Briscoe, 19, of the first block of Cypress Drive in North East, was arrested June 8 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with illegally having handgun on person, illegally having a handgun in a vehicle and minor in possession of a firearm or ammo.

Jethro Terry Allen, 51, of the 3200 block of Woodley Avenue in Baltimore, was arrested June 7 on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Constantine Mamakos, 49, of the 10000 of Westwood Lane in Waldorf, was charged June 7 with driving while his registration was suspended and driving while his license and privilege were suspended.

Kimberly Marie Renfrow, 42, with a post office box in Annapolis, was arrested June 1 on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with two counts of driving while her license and privilege were suspended, driving without required license and authorization, possessing a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle.

Thomas Frederick Yost Jr., 49, of the 11000 block of Arden Court in Laurel, was charged June 8 with driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and speeding.
