Freedom Federal Credit Union recognizes 'Core Values' award recipient

Stacey Butler, branch manager of Edgewood, is the winner of Freedom Federal Credit Union's quarterly "Core Value Award."

The award recognizes Freedom employees who continuously demonstrate support of Freedom's unique core values which were established as a vision and guidance for all employees in their commitment to serve Freedom members, fellow employees and the Harford County community.

Since joining Freedom in June 2004, Butler has worn many hats, beginning her career as a teller and working through the ranks to her current branch manager position in June 2011. She has been a vital member of the Freedom community contributing to the success of the Edgewood branch and Freedom's presence at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Butler was a standout Core Values Award candidate, receiving multiple nominations from her peers. Her recognition stems from dedication to serving the members, supporting her staff and diligence to deliver on Freedom's mission and values. It is because of Butler, along with her fellow co-workers, and their committed pursuit and display of Freedom's core values that Freedom Federal Credit Union is able to deliver on being Harford County's Better Way to Bank.

The Core Values award is built on the basis of employee nominations and chosen by a volunteer committee of Freedom employees.
