Man steals gold bracelet from Pasadena jewelry store

Anne Arundel police are searching for a rather distinctive man who stole a gold bracelet from a Pasadena jewelry store Monday afternoon.

Police officers responded to Sanders Jewelers at 31 Magothy Beach Road around 4 p.m. for a reported theft. They were told that a man asked to try on an 8 inch, 14 karat yellow gold, Figaro bracelet.

Once the man tried the bracelet on, he then fled the store without paying, police said.

The suspect is white with multiple tattoos, around 6 feet tall and weighs around 300 pounds. He was wearing glasses, tan shorts, a green waste management shirt and a blue hat.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Eastern District Detective Steven James at 410-222-6145 or email at p91598@aacounty.org.
