Unconscious skydiver rescued mid-air

It played out like a scene from an action movie.

But what James Lee experienced was as real as it gets.

The skydiver was taking part in a jump in Wiltshire in the U.K. when he was hit on the back of the head by another skydiver, just seconds after he plunged from the plane, The Telegraph reports.

The blow knocked him unconscious and sent him tumbling to the ground, uncontrollably. When his jumping partners noticed something was wrong, two men were able to roll Lee into a stable position and deploy his parachute.

Lee and his party all landed safely, but Lee doesn't recall the dramatic events of the jump.

If he wishes, he, like the rest of us, can watch the remarkable events unfold in the video above.
