Despite everything that has gone on with the Florida Gators this season, in particular the losing, Jacksonville Raines offensive guard Travaris Dorsey said he is not deterred in his commitment to the Gators’ 2014 recruiting class.
“I’m still good,” Dorsey (6-2, 315) said Sunday, a day after the Gators lost 26-20 to FCS opponent Georgia Southern, dropping their record to 4-7 overall. “Everybody is going to have their ups and downs.”
Dorsey said that even if the Gators were to lose head coach Will Muschamp, or any of the other coaches, he’s still firm with UF.
“You’re going to have your bad years sometimes,” said Dorsey, who was recruited to UF by offensive line coach Tim Davis. “You can’t just look at that.”
