Zach Soto, OL, Miami Monsignor Pace
Ht: 6-6 Wt: 265 Class: 2010
Recruiting Buzz: Soto was a force for Monsignor Pace at left tackle, helping the school post a 7-3 overall record. The team ended its season with an emotional 28-27 loss to Class 2B Gulliver Prep, narrowly missing the state playoffs for the first time in 18 years. Monsignor Pace was ranked in the Miami Herald's area rankings for most of the season. Soto was a key member of the lineup, protecting University of Miami quarterback commitment Stephen Morris. The Spartans' offense averaged 33.8 points per game during Soto's senior season. He had 61 pancake blocks in 2009, earning a spot on the Miami Herald's All-Dade Class 1B-3A first team. Soto committed to UCF in July, picking the Knights over Buffalo.
