Perhaps the biggest doping scandal in Olympic history, Canada¿s record-breaking 100-meter sprinter tested positive for steroids after turning in a time of 9.83 seconds. His 1988 gold medal was given to rival Carl Lewis. In his 2010 autobiography, Johnson suggested that Lewis was involved in sabotaging his test results.
