Your guide to zip: Zip lines in the Orlando area

Things are zipping right along with yet another zip line operating here. Kissimmee's Old Town is incorporating a 300-foot zip into its Pepsi AMPVenture Experience, which includes a rock-climbing wall and obstacle course. A $39.95 wristband gets a round on all those plus a day's pass to its 14 rides. For more information, go to MyOldTownUSA.com.

Here's a quick look at the other zips around:

ZOOm Air Adventure Park is part of the Central Florida Zoo in Sanford. Details: CentralFloridaZoo.org

•The newish Zip Orlando is a stand-alone course and actually in rural Osceola County, complete with cattle. Details: ZipOrlando.com

Zip Safaris at Forever Florida is in even-more-rural Osceola County, about an hour from Orlando. It was the first flat-land zip line when it opened in 2008. Details: FloridaEcoSafaris.com (It also opened a new attraction called Cypress FlyCycle..)
