Jameer Nelson seems all but certain to sit out tonight's game against the Brooklyn Nets after he didn't participate in the Orlando Magic's shootaround today at Amway Center.
Nelson has missed three consecutive games because of hamstring and groin strains.
The Magic will face the Nets again on Sunday at Barclays Center, but it's unclear whether Nelson will be available for that matchup.
“I’m making a lot of progress,” Nelson said. “I feel a lot better, and I just know with hamstrings and groins and anything of that nature that it’s a little trickier than ankle sprains.”
E'Twaun Moore has started at point guard during Nelson's absence.
