K Restaurant in Orlando's College Park is hosting Sunday supper benefit for the Edible Schoolyard at Orlando Junior Academy Oct. 20. From 4-8 pm, guests will sample the food of chefs Kathleen Blake (Rusty Spoon), Henry Salgado (Spanish River Grill and Txokos Spanish Kitchen), Jamie McFadden (Cuisiniers's Catering and BarJMe), Shannon Talty (Olde Hearth Bread Co.) and, of course, Kevin Fonzo, owner of K.
The event is 4-8 p.m. Oct 20 at 1710 Edgewater Drive. The cost is $65 (inclusive). Call 407-872-2332 for reservations.
