Highly regarded wide receiver James Clark, who has nearly 40 college scholarship offers and no clear favorites, and little-known defensive end Davarez Bryant, who just received his first offer this past week from Purdue, will both be on an official recruiting trip to Purdue this coming weekend. The Boilermakers will host Big Ten foe Wisconsin.
Clark (5-11, 170) is the No. 14 ranked player in the Sentinel’s 2013 Central Florida Super60, while Bryant (6-4, 230) is in his first season playing football. Bryant averages six tackles a game for the unbeaten Barracudas and has four sacks.
NSB pulled off a huge Class 6A, District 9 win over Daytona Beach Mainland on Friday night. Purdue currently has former NSB star Raheem Mostert leading the way as a sophomore kick returner.
