What's black, white and adorable all over? The giant panda cub recently born at the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan, of course.
Corny, I know, but she is ridiculously cute.
Yuan Zai, now 6 months old, is the first giant panda to be born in Taiwan and thousands of people have already flocked to see her since her debut on Monday.
During the four hours per day that Yuan Zai is actually awake, she can be seen fumbling around the exhibit attempting to climb trees under the watchful eye of mother Yuan Yuan.
Giant pandas have really, really low sex drives, hence why everyone gets so excited when one is born. Unfortunately, that's also why giant pandas are endangered with only about 1,000 of them left in the wild, according to National Geographic.
But that's all the more reason to enjoy the photos of Yuan Zai in the gallery above, available here for mobile users. Or, if panda cubs aren't your cup of tea, you can click here to check out a gallery of other baby animals born at the zoo.Copyright © 2015, The Baltimore Sun
