A United Airlines jet with 101 people on board was forced to land when the plane's evacuation slide opened mid-flight, according to KAKE.
Officials are still trying to determine how and why the slide at the back of the cabin deployed. No one was hurt and the plane never lost cabin pressure.
The Boeing 737 jet was taking passengers from Chicago O'Hare Airport to John Wayne Airport near Los Angeles but was forced to land in Wichita, Kan. around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night.
