A husband and wife who were married for 70 years and held hands at breakfast every morning both died of natural causes within 15 hours of each other, the Zaneville Times Recorder is reporting.
Helen Felumlee, 92, died April 12 and her husband Kenneth Felumlee, 91, followed the next morning. That was the first night they'd slept apart in 70 years.
Helen and Kenneth met in their teens and in their old age, Helen cared for Kenneth who had his leg amputated a few years ago.
They eloped on Feb. 20, 1944 after dating for about three years and had eight children together.
