Pope Benedict XI attends a meeting with the artists at the Sistine Chapel on November 21, in Vatican City, Vatican. Around 500 artists of various genres were invited by Pope Benedict XVI to the Sistine Chapel to discuss renewing the alliance of art and the Church while encouraging the artists to infuse spirituality in their work. Around 250 artists accept the invitation to the gathering.
