Last Season: 7-9, 2-4 division Playoffs: Missed the postseason Stat Leaders: QB Ryan Tannehill (3,294 YDS, 12 TDS, 13 INTS); RB Reggie Bush (986 YDS, 6 TDS); WR Brian Hartline (1,083 YDS, 1 TD); LB Karlos Dansby (134 TACKLES, 1.0 SACKS) The Buzz: Dolphins management deserves credit for trying to overhaul the roster with the hope of being more competitive and latching on to a playoff spot. However, it's unclear whether the offseason moves will translate to more wins. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill faced a tough challenge immediately stepping in to lead the offense as a rookie and he ended up tossing more interceptions than touchdown passes. New receiver Mike Wallace and Brian Hartline should be reliable targets to help bolster the passing game. The Dolphins opted to part ways with Reggie Bush and will rely on a rotation of running backs, including former Florida Gators standout Mike Gillislee, to handle rushing duties. The Dolphins' defense aspires to be known for its speed and aggression, but the group ranked an underwelming No. 20 out of 32 teams in total defense last season. Luck Factor: The Dolphins will be lucky if all their offseason moves immediately lead to a playoff run.
