Orlando firefighters respond during an accident in which an 18-wheel truck flipped off of Interstate 4 -- due to high wind gusts -- onto a median adjacent to S. Orange Blossom Trail, as Hurricane Wilma's impact was felt on the region. The truck was eastbound about 11:40am when the accident happened; the driver sustained minor injuries.
