Haitian Children Treated to Orlando Vacation

Nurse Mirmose Altidor helps Altafracia Jerome into the pool at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort in Orlando on Wednesday, May 12, 2010. Jerome has her right arm amputated at the elbow.
