Fantasy Fest 2009 in Key West

More than 80 pet-and-person entrants competed in front of some 1,500 spectators in the Pet Masquerade, a highlight of Key West's 10-day Fantasy Fest costuming and masking festival. The wacky event continues through Sunday, Nov. 1, and is to be highlighted by a <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVFES000167" title="Halloween" href="/topic/arts-culture/halloween-EVFES000167.topic">Halloween</a> night parade down Duval Street, the island's main thoroughfare.
