Flames shoot into the air as San Francisco Puff and Stuff chef Gerry Guajardo (cq,center in sunglasses) prepares his garlic-infused flaming calimari in Gourmet Alley at the Delray Beach Garlic Fest Saturday afternoon in downtown Delray Beach. Guajardo, a chef for fourteen years, was being assisted by Johnson & Wales University students Jarvis Napier (cq, in back on left) and Jarees Gore (cq, in back on right).
