Former Baltimore offensive tackle Orlando Brown was once the highest-paid offensive lineman in the NFL. But in 1999 he was accidentally hit in the eye by a referee's penalty marker. Brown was forced to sit out three seasons due to the injury. He was released by the Ravens a few years after returning to the NFL. Here, Brown is pictured on the bench in the fourth quarter of the 2004 AFC wildcard playoff game.
