Come Out to Play: 'Our Town' at the Nate Katter Theatre in Storrs

David Patrick Kelly (pictured) stars as the Stage Manager in Connecticut Repertory Theatre's production of Thorton Wilder's Our Town, the most oft-produced play of the 20th century, directed here by Obie Award-winner by Robert Ross Parker. If you're flashing back hard right now to the 1970 film "The Warriors" or the 1984 Dennis Quaid B-movie "Dreamscape" (Kelly starred as the evil dude in both of those), repeat after me: it's not real, it's acting.

Our Town, Oct. 6-16, 8 p.m. Nate Katter Theatre, Connecticut Repertory Theatre, University of Connecticut, 802 Bolton Road, Unit 1127, Storrs, (860) 486-4226, crt.uconn.edu.
