Shelby County authorities are interested in a Fox 59 interview with the last known person to have seen an Indianapolis mother alive, before her body was found dumped in a ditch near Shelbyville.Cristina Centafonte’s death is being treated as suspicious, but officials are not saying how she died yet.
Fox 59 interviewed her ex-boyfriend Kevin Graham on Tuesday and asked about his last interaction with her Friday.
The argument, Graham said, was about several things including moving and drug use.
He said Centofante told him an unnamed girlfriend from Shelbyville would pick her up and take her home.
"I saw the car come get her, but I didn't get a good look at the car,” said Graham. “All I saw were headlights in my driveway.” He believes that girlfriend knows what happened to Centofante and hopes she will come forward with information.
When Shelby County Detective Roger Clark saw Graham’s interview with Fox 59, he wanted to see it again. Clark is interested in talking with Graham. He said Graham has called the department on several occasions, but has not come by for a formal interview.
Graham told Fox 59 late Wednesday he would meet with Clark Thursday morning.
An official cause of death is pending toxicology results.
