The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) advises drivers that several state roads are closed or restricted in South Central Pennsylvania because of flooding caused by today's rain.

Since 7:30 a.m. this morning, PennDOT has reopened 14 roads after flood waters subsided: • Creek Road between PA 194/Baltimore Pike and Kralltown Road in Washington Township, York County; • Days Mill Road between Markle Road in North Codorus Township and Tunnel Hill Road in York Township, York County; • PA 850 between PA 274/Shermans Valley Road and Centre Road in Northeast Madison Township, Perry County; • Longenecker Road between PA 230/Main Street in Mount Joy Borough and Garfield Road in Rapho Township, Lancaster County; • Tunnel Hill Road between Twin Arch Road in North Codorus Township and Days Mill Road in York Township, York County; and • North Farmersville Road between Metzler Road and Turtle Hill Road in West Earl Township, Lancaster County; • Fish and Game Road between Gladfelter Road and Possum-Hollow Road in Reading Township, Adams County; • PA 443 between Mumma Road West Hanover Township and Appleby Road in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County; • Iron Stone Hill Road between South Pleasant Avenue and Hess Farm Road in York Township, York County; • PA 850 between PA 34/Spring Road in Carroll Township and Mill Road in Spring Township, Perry County; • Fowlers Hollow Road between Union Road/Back Hollow Road in Toboyne Township and Manassas Road in Jackson Township, Perry County; • Dellville Road between Linton Hill Road in Wheatfield Township and Haas Drive in Penn Township, Perry County; • Manada Bottom Road between Moyer Road and Cliff Road in East Hanover Township; and • Pine Road between Burnt House Road and PA 34 in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County. Adams County (0 closures)

Cumberland County (4 closures) • PA 114 has been closed since March 10 at 9:15 p.m. between Lisburn Road in Lower Allen Township and Moores Mountain Road in Fairview Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 8:15 p.m., • Lisburn Road has been closed since March 10 at 11:15 p.m. between McCormick Drive and Cumberland/York County Line in Lower Allen Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic March 12, • Mountain Road has been closed since March 10 at 2:30 p.m. between Greenspring Road in North Newton Township and Roxbury Road in Upper Mifflin Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 4 p.m., • Park Place Road has been closed since March 11 at 8:30 a.m. between Locust Point Road and Speedway Drive in Monroe Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 6 p.m.

Dauphin County (2 closures) • PA 325 has been closed since March 10 at 8:30 p.m. between PA 225/Peters Mountain Road and Stroup Lane in Middle Paxton Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 5 p.m., • Honeymoon Trail Road has been closed since March 10 at 8:30 p.m. between PA 25/Lykens Valley Road and the Dauphin/Schuylkill County Line in Lykens Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 5 p.m.

Lebanon County (6 closures) • Greble Road has been closed since March 10 at 4:25 p.m. between Farmers Drive in Bethel Township and Kutztown Road in Jackson Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by March 12, • Bindnagles Road has been closed since midnight between Gravel Hill Road and the Lebanon/Dauphin County Line in North Londonderry Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by March 12, • Blacks Bridge Road has been closed since March 11 at 1 a.m. between PA 934/Bellegrove Road in North Annville Township and School House Road in East Hanover Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by March 12. • Heilman Road has been closed since March 11 at 1 a.m. between Ono Road in East Hanover Township and Thompson Avenue in North Annville Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by March 12, • Monroe Valley Road has been closed since March 11 at 5:20 a.m. between PA 72 and Swatara Creek in Union Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by March 12, • Lickdale Road has been closed since March 11 at 1:30 p.m. between PA 72 and Darkes Road in Swatara Township. PennDOT will reopen the bridge pending inspection of the bridge.

Perry County (2 closures) • PA 849/Duncannon Subway has been closed since May 11 at 11 a.m. between US 22/322 and Market Street in Penn Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic March 14., • Bistline Bridge Road has been closed since March 10 at 8:20 a.m. between Red Rock Road and Couchtown Road in Southwest Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 6 p.m.

York County (4 closures) • PA 182 has been closed since March 10 at 9:20 p.m. between Indian Rock Dam Road and Croll School Road in Spring Garden Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 8 p.m., • PA 295/Cragmoor Road has been closed since March 11 at 2:10 a.m. between Old Trail Road and Grandview Drive in Newberry Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 8 p.m., • Conewago Creek Road has been closed since March 10 at 7 p.m. between PA 181/George Street and Bowers Bridge Road in East Manchester Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 4 p.m., • Wago Road has been closed since March 11 at 9 a.m. between Front Street in York Haven Borough and Board Road in East Manchester Township. PennDOT estimates that the water will subside and the road will reopen to traffic by 8 p.m.

PennDOT warns motorists not to drive across roads covered with water because the water may be deeper than it looks. Motorists who encounter water covered roads are encouraged to turn around and seek an alternate route.
