Manheim, Lancaster County—
The Renaissance Faire will be closed Saturday, October 29th, because of the threat of a snow storm. The weather service issued a winter storm warning for Central Pennsylvania from 2 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Saturday. Several inches of snow may fall, which could cause dangerous roads, power outages and downed tree limbs Saturday.
The Faire plans to reopen Sunday, October 30th, at 11 a.m. for the grand finale.
The Renaissance Faire is at Mount Hope Eastate & Winery, Route 72, a half mile south of PA Turnpike Exit 266; 15 miles north of Lancaster and 14 miles east of Hershey.
Adult admission is $29.95 and for children ages 5-11 it's $10.95. Parking is free.
