LANCASTER CITY—A water main break in Lancaster City leaves more than two dozen people without water. The break happened around 6 a.m. along the 400 block of North Concord Street. Crews tell FOX43 News that it was an old pipe that was installed in the 1800's. Officials expect to have water restored around noon.
