A second person has died as a result of heat in York County. Lewis Daughenbaugh, 94, of Carroll Township, was found dead inside his home along Carlisle Avenue on Friday evening.

The York County Coroner says Daughenbaugh died after his air conditioning unit stopped working sometime Thursday or Friday evening. Officials say it stopped working because of a tripped circuit breaker.

Daughenbaugh's death has been ruled accidental as a result of hyperthermia.
