McQueary is expected to testify in the June trial against Sandusky who's charged with 52 counts of sexually abusing boys.  This week, the state filed paperwork changing the date that McQueary saw the alleged abuse.  Something the defense is likely to use to question the accuracy of McQueary's memory.

A hearing is set for Wednesday in the Sandusky case for a judge to rule on a number of pre-trial motions, many related to quashing subpoenas issued by the defense.  To read the latest motions in the Sandusky case click here.
