One man is dead after a Friday morning crash in Perry County. Police say Horace William Fritz of New Buffalo was killed in the crash along Route 11/15 in New Buffalo.

Police say Fritz was rear ended by another driver from Bloomsburg when he pulled onto Route 11/15 South from Market Street. Police say the Fritz's MINI Cooper flipped down an embankment and struck a house at 46 Front Street.

Police say Fritz was partially ejected in the crash. The driver of the other car was not injured in the crash.

Fritz friends describe him as the neighborhood's "handyman." They told Fox 43, he was a man who could fix anything and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

"Everybody knew him or knew of him,' said Jeff Woods, Fritz's long time friend."He's either helped them or they've seen him helping others."

Police do not believe intoxication was a factor in the crash. Fritz was not wearing a seatbelt.
