Penn State University tops the charts this year when it comes to the country's top party schools.

The school known in part for its football tailgate weekends and fraternity and sorority scene snatched the title away from last year's winner, the University of Florida, which finished second in the 2009 Princeton Review survey of 122,000 students released Monday.
