EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, LANCASTER COUNTY—Spring has sprung. In fact, the weather forecast for this Memorial Day weekend has temperatures nearing 90 degrees. What better way to spend the day, then entertaining the kids at Dutch Wonderland.
Starting Saturday, the park is open everyday through the summer, enjoying its 49th season. The park welcomes all kinds of guests, but loves to treat the young ones to a fun-filled day of rides and treats.
The park features 33 rides with shows and Duke's Lagoon all aimed at kids.
The new season brings with it a new restaurant and some new shows.
The restaurant, Merlin's Restaurant, features all kinds of park favorites along with healthy options. Merlin's is a sit-down restaurant designed to give guests a chance to relax from the hustle and bustle of the park and enjoy some good food. The grand opening of Merlin's is tomorrow.
