The Berks County District Attorney's Office announces the arrest of nine suspected drug dealers. The suspects are all members of an alleged drug trafficking ring operating out of Berks and Lancaster counties. 

Details of the investigation were unveiled in a Wednesday afternoon newsconference by the District Attorney John Adams.  The arrests in a series of raids early Wednesday morning wrap up an investigation that began in January by the county Drug Task Force, Pennsylvania State Police and the Reading Police Vice Unit.  More than $200,000 in drugs and cash was seized.  Also seized were five handguns, two shotguns and two rifles. Also assorted drug related paraphernalia and one vehicle.

The suspects were identified as Antonini Ortega, James Bartley, Baudilio Bonilla, Javier Ortega, Santiago Velez, Hector Santiago, Jeremiah Vasquez, Jorge Ruiz and Yamil Ruiz.
