Displaced New Dorp Beach residents say they don't have time or energy to think about the Noreaster as they continue to struggle through Sandy's aftermath.
In preparation for the storm, Red Cross shut down its Distribution Center at New Dorp HS temporarily until the nor'easter passes by.
Local leaders urge residents to seek shelter duirng the storm at Susan Wagner HS or Tottenville HS, the borough's evacuation shelters.
City leaders say they relocated more than a hundred evacuees from those school shelters to Bayley-Seton Hospital to make room for residents needing shelter from the Noreaster blowing through the area Wednesday night.
