) - Actor Patrick Swayze
lost his long battle with pancreatic cancer
According to his publicist, Annett Wolf, the 'Dirty Dancing'
star died Monday with family at his side.
Swayze was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in January 2008. Doctors later determined the cancer had spread to his liver.
Throughout his entire battle, he had been optimist, upbeat and brave.
Swayze is survived by his wife of nearly 34 years, Lisa Niemi.
He was 57-years-old.
