Friday is expected to be in the 70s and mostly sunny with a chance of showers between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., while forecasters believe Memorial Day in the Baltimore area will be warm and unmarred by rain.
The high will be about 76 degrees and it will be breezy, with a northwest wind of 11 to 14 miles per hour Friday, according to the National Weather Service. Gusts could reach as high 21 mph.
The chance of afternoon showers is about 30 percent, forecasters said. The temperature will dip into the mid-50s overnight.
Saturday's forecast also calls for a chance of afternoon showers but it will otherwise be sunny, breezy and in the mid-70s during the day. The low is expected to be in the mid-60s.
Sunday and Memorial Day will be sunny and warmer, with highs around 83 degrees and lows in the mid-60s.
