Joseph Henry sketches a bird on near the Inner Harbor. Henry has been drawing for 12 years and finds it is a good way to relax. "It lets me focus on something else rather than everyday things," said Henry. (Cassidy Johnson, Baltimore Sun /September 30, 2014)
Baltimore will see rain and temperatures in the 50s on Tuesday.
The National Weather Service predicts a high temperature of 53 degrees and a 100 percent chance of rain at Baltimore's Inner Harbor. After sunset, the temperature is expected to drop as low as 38 degrees with a 30 percent chance of rain.
Last night, the weather service issued an alert for wind gusts of up to 25 mph, but those were expected to subside by 4 a.m. today.
Snow could also be on the horizon. Forecasts call for a chance of a wintry mix Wednesday evening, and possible snow early Thursday with little accumulation.
