Fox 43 meteorologist Jeff Jumper says your Monday commute will start warm with a few stray drops of rain, then you might see scattered showers for the drive home.

Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms are likely through the Baltimore region on Monday afternoon and evening, with flash flooding possible, according to the National Weather Service.

High temperatures are expected in the mid-80s, the weather service said.

On Tuesday, temperatures will reach into the upper 80s under partly sunny skies. Thunderstorms are also possible.

Temperatures are expected to remain in the 80s through the week.
