Thursday forecast: Mostly sunny, high near 92

The National Weather Service is calling for Thursday to be mostly sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 92 and calm winds.

A coastal flood advisory is in effect until 11 a.m. Thursday for sensitive areas prone to flooding.

Thursday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 75 and south winds 3 to 6 miles per hour.

Friday is expected to be mostly sunny, with a high near 93 and south winds 3 to 8 miles per hour. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m.

Friday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 72 and southeast winds 3 to 6 miles per hour. There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 10 p.m.
